Start of Small Group Training series

February 15, 2010 6:00 pm  -  7:00 pm

For J Members only ages 16 & older (groups of 4 - 6 people)

Get individualized instruction at a great value! Enjoy a variety of fitness activities in a social atmosphere. Small groups offer support, motivation, and accountability. Join an established group or start your own group. Let us know if you’d like a different schedule for your small group.

(two 1-hour sessions/week for 6 weeks)
Monday & Wednesday, 6 - 7pm;
Wednesday & Friday, 5 - 6pm;
Tuesday, & Thursday 12 - 1pm;
Monday & Friday , 10:30 - 11:30am;

member advantage: $180/person, 12 one-hour sessions
