Teens (ages 13 - 15) who complete this class may work out on all the equipment at the JCC fitness center (excluding free weights). This comprehensive class covers basic safety, cardio and strength training, and health topics.
All classes meet 1 - 5:30 pm (with a ½ hour break)
Fee: $60/student; for J Members only
Student and parent must complete a "guideline agreement" and Par-Q form and bring them the first day of class. Wear work-out attire.
