  • Wednesday, Sept. 8: Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year, observed as a day of rest) begins at 5pm:
    The building and facilities are open 5:30am - 5pm.
    Administrative offices and the JCC Senior Center close at 5pm.
    Programs run as scheduled until 5pm.
    J Play is open 8:45am - 2:15pm.
    Club J is closed.
    J Café closes at 4pm.

  • Thursday, Sept. 9: Rosh Hashanah:
    The building and facilities are closed all day.

  • Friday, Sept 10: Rosh Hashanah
     The building and facilities are open weekend hours, 7am - 7pm.
    Administrative offices and the JCC Senior Center are closed (including lunch, transportation, & programs).
    J Café is closed all day.

  • Friday, Sept. 17: Yom Kippur (This Jewish holiday celebrates the final day of the Ten Days of Repentance which begin with Rosh Hashanah. This is known as the Day of Atonement.) begins at 5pm:
    The building and facilities are open 5:30am - 5pm.
    Programs run as scheduled until 5pm.
    J Play is open 8:45am - 2:15pm.
    Club J is closed.
    J Café closes at 4pm.

  • Saturday, Sept. 18: Yom Kippur:
    The building and facilities are closed all day.

  • Thursday, Sept. 23 & Friday, Sept. 24: Sukkot (Jewish Holiday, "harvest festival")
    The building and facilities are open weekend hours, 7am - 7pm.
    Administrative offices and the JCC Senior Center are closed (including lunch, transportation, & programs).
    J Play is open, 8:45am - 2:15pm.
    Club J is closed.
    The J Cafe is closed on Thurs., Sept. 23. It is open on Fri., Sept. 24 (serving cold items).

  • Thursday, Sept. 30: Shemini Atzeret (last day of Sukkot)
    Friday, Oct. 1: Simchat Torah (annual completion and beginning of the reading of the Torah)
    The building and facilities are open weekend hours, 7am - 7pm.
    Administrative offices and the JCC Senior Center are closed (including lunch, transportation, & programs).
    J Play is open 8:45am - 2:15pm.
    Club J is closed.
    The J Cafe serves cold items, and closes at 4pm.
