Super-Sized Yoga with Jen for Young Professionals (ages 21-35)

Stretch, tone and strengthen with this next installment in our Super Sized exercise series.

Whether you’ve never tried Yoga before, or you’d consider yourself a regular "Yogi," pull up a mat and join us in the Amberley Room with everyone's favorite Yoga instructor.

Immediately following the class, enjoy the beautiful Autumn evening with music, wine, beer and snacks out in the Courtyard with any others interested in hanging, all compliments of the JCC.
