You can also play ball in the two-court gym, walk or jog on the raised indoor track, or try a Pilates, cycling, or other group exercise class. For something really different, check out the Exertainment Game Room for a virtual workout experience!

  • On-site fitness specialists and personal trainers help you achieve your goals.
  • Before your workout, drop the kids off at J Play or Club J and know they’re being supervised and entertained.
  • After you workout, relax in the indoor whirlpool or unwind in the steam rooms.

The J offers single-gender activities every day. These activities include single-gender circuit training, exercise classes, swimming and more. These programs are scheduled across different days and times of the week.
