Wellness is a positive approach to living - an approach that emphasizes the whole person. Lifestyle has been found to be the single most important factor determining your pattern of general health, it is important to be educated to "take charge" of your daily life and set healthy lifestyle goals. The secret is not in medical care, but consistent self- care. Evidence based programs give you the knowledge to take good care of your self. Stay up to date and live well with these great evidence-based programs.
