YP Hike & Havdalah
July 8, 5pm
Ages 21 – 35 | FREE with RSVP
Join other YPs for a hike in Winton Woods Park as we keep our eyes peeled to create our own spice box to usher in Havdalah. After the hike, we will gather in the Elm Ridge Shelter for a short havdalah service and a free cookout meal. There will be drinks and assorted games to play afterwards as we enjoy the evening together.
*Havdalah is a Jewish religious ceremony that marks the symbolic end of Shabbat and ushers in the new week. The ritual involves lighting a special Havdalah candle with several wicks, blessing a cup of wine, and smelling sweet spices.Register
