These free fitness demos are for members only. Sign up in the Fitness Center.

  • Suspension Training: March 4 & 18, 11am – Personal Trainer, Tony Ceja, will show how to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability… all at the same time with suspension training.
  • Core Training: May 2, 11am
  • Stability Ball: June 7, 11am; June 24, 12pm
