Make your way down to Findlay Kitchen as we use fresh ingredients to create a Farm-to-Table meal with a Findlay Kitchen chef. We will incorporate ingredients from Findlay Market to create a fresh and tasty meal.
- Avocado and Grapefruit Salad over Mixed Greens with a Dijon, Citrus Vinaigrette Dressing
- Sautéed Mushrooms and Roma Tomatoes with Fried Garlic and Summer Vegetables tossed with Cavatappi Pasta and topped with a chiffonade of Basil and a Balsamic Drizzle.
- Vanilla and Brandy Roasted Peach with Brûléed Brown Sugar, Fresh Raspberries and Mint*
