This engaging adapted class offers low-impact exercise, socializing, and creative crafts. This fall, we’ll enjoy fun field trips on August 26, October 21, and December 16. There will be no class on September 2, November 25, December 23 & 30.
New! Adapted Youth Basketball
January 10 – March 14
Adapted basketball for youth with intellectual disabilities provides participants with an opportunity to learn the basic skills of the game while building skills and friendships. Youth must be able to participate independently, and a parent or caregiver is expected to remain on site. No prior experience required.

New! Inclusive Youth Basketball Skills Clinic
This fun, inclusive class provides an opportunity for kids to play and learn the game of baseball. Many players are not getting the coaching that they need during the baseball season because of the busy game schedule. In this clinic style program, players will receive the coaching attention they need to improve and enjoy the game of baseball even more. Players will work to improve their throwing, pitching, fielding, and hitting skills in a fun and engaging environment. This is an inclusive program, open to all children.

Adapted Water Fitness
This adapted water fitness offers fun, low-impact exercise for J members who have physical or intellectual disabilities who are able to participate independently. Members should bring their own aid if they need assistance in the water.
