Fit for Life

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 9:30 – 10:30am

This fitness class features exercises that focus on strength and cardio cross-training, as well as balance and range of motion.


Yoga for Seniors – Level 1

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:30 – 2:30pm
Instructor: Mary Seibert; $3/class

This popular class will help you gain strength and flexibility with gentle movements, all while moving at your own pace.


Yoga for Seniors – Level 2 

Thursdays, 1:30 – 2:30pm
Instructor: Mary Seibert; $3/class

This class will help you with your strength, flexibility, and balance through a variety of supported tai-yoga flows. Prerequisites: Participants should be able to move easily from seated to standing position.


Tai Chi

Wednesdays, 10:30 – 11:30am
Instructor: Ralph Dehner, Master Trainer; $3/class

This ongoing Tai Chi program helps with arthritis, balance, and memory. Learn an ancient Yang style short form. Beginners are always welcome.


Wii Bowling

Wednesdays, 10:30 – 11:30am

If you can’t make it to the real lanes, come have fun with virtual bowling. You’ll get moderate exercise with a group of enthusiastic Wii bowlers. No experience? We’ll teach you the lanes!


A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns About Falls

Date: October 16, 23, & 30; November 6, 13, 20, & 27; and December 4
Time: 10:30am – 12:30pm
Cost: $18

Many older adults experience concerns about falling, and restrict their activities accordingly. But you don’t have to restrict your life as well! A Matter of Balance is an awardwinning program designed to teach you how to manage falls and increase your level of activity. Two-hour classes will be held once a week for eight weeks.
