Join our support group that will keep you motivated to stay on the healthy track of living. Weekly meetings with our dietician will teach you how to adapt healthy eating habits. You’ll learn about portion sizes, important vitamins and minerals, how to read food labels and keep a food journal, healthy recipe ideas, and much more.
