Over time, muscles adapt to your routine workout, making it harder to see progress. Break your training plateau with this specialized strength-training program. This class will help switch up your routine, alternating between an entirely upper-body workout and lower-body workout each week. Small group sessions with a JCC Personal Trainer will help you increase lean muscle mass, boost metabolism, and increase strength.
