Personal Training Tier System

Our trainers fall under three levels based on education, certifications, experience, and skill sets.

Level 1 Level 2 Level 3
Have completed minimum requirements for certification and/or degrees Have completed multiple certifications/degrees Have completed multiple certifications/degrees
Are qualified to work with the apparently healthy and those with general weight loss goals Are qualified to work with the apparently healthy, sport specific training populations, advanced weight loss goals, and general muscle imbalances Are qualified to work with the apparently healthy, sport specific training populations, advanced weight loss goals, special needs populations including pre/post rehab, and advanced muscle imbalances
Have an entry level understanding of exercise biomechanics and exercise physiology Have an advanced level of knowledge of exercise biomechanics and exercise physiology Have a mastery level of knowledge of exercise biomechanics and exercise physiology
Can provide programs that include resistance training, core training, cardio, and basic flexibility prescription Can provide program prescription that includes resistance training, core training, cardio, flexibility, plyometrics, balance training, and advanced periodization Can provide program prescription that includes resistance training, core training, cardio, flexibility, plyometrics, balance training, advanced periodization, corrective flexibility, and corrective exercise based upon advanced assessment including knee stabilization, spinal stabilization, and shoulder stabilization
Have documented years of experience providing exercise instruction Have several years of documented experience providing exercise instruction
Have specialization in skill sets that greater increase their ability to design detailed programs for those with extra needs other than general fitness Have specialization in skill sets that greater increase their ability to design detailed programs for those with extra needs other than general fitness and may have orthopedic conditions
