Pilates Reformer Small Group Training

Get individualized instruction in a group atmosphere in our Pilates Reformer Studio. Join a group or create your own group of 3 – 5 people.

Our innovative Pilates Reformer Studio offers a private setting with 5 reformer machines. More than 100 exercises can be performed on this surprisingly versatile apparatus that works with a system of springs and straps. Exercises on the Reformer improve torso stability and postural alignment while working limbs in a range of motion. You’ll receive an effective, no-impact workout that is also joint friendly. Specialty Classes:

Adams Classic Golf Outing and Fundraiser in CincinnatiGolf Training Pilates Reformer Class: Get it all done in one quick, energetic hour! We’ll monitor and motivate during this HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that includes spinning and pilates reformer, and focuses on core and upper body strength.

Participants must complete Pilates Reformer training and at least five spin classes. Heart rate device recommended.
